The JS-K6920 series is a premium metal waterproof access control reader featuring a full numeric keypad, fingerprint sensor, and RFID card reader in one integrated unit. Powered by Tuya Smart platform, it delivers comprehensive door entry management through mobile APP remote control.

Built with anti-vandal metal housing and conforming to IP67 waterproof standard, the K6920 is engineered for demanding outdoor environments — from office buildings and factories to residential communities and parking facilities.

This versatile reader supports up to 5 authentication methods: PIN code, RFID card (125KHz EM or 13.56MHz MF), fingerprint, smartphone APP remote unlock, and visitor temporary access. The large user capacity of 100 fingerprint templates and 10,000 card records makes it suitable for small to medium enterprise deployments.

With Wiegand 26–44 bit (including 58 bit) input/output interface, the K6920 integrates seamlessly with most access control panels on the market. Both pulse mode and toggle mode are supported to match different lock types and access scenarios.

Key smart features include OTA over-the-air firmware upgrades, door status monitoring, real-time record query, and user data transfer — all manageable from the Tuya Smart APP or via the device keypad.

Q3: Does the K6920 work independently or does it need an access control panel?
A: The K6920 can work in two ways: (1) Standalone mode — directly drive an electric lock via the relay output; (2) Wiegand output mode — connect to an external access control panel as a reader. Choose the mode that fits your installation.
