The titanium wire electric control lock is made of a new material memory alloy, which uses the memory alloy as the traction cable, and uses the characteristics of heat shrinkage and cold expansion of the memory alloy to achieve opening.

Main mechanical parts in the lock are composed of a hook and stopper.

Both parts are made of powder metallurgy copper infiltration process, blackened and oil-dipped, the hardness reaches HRC15-HRC25, the measured hardness is HRC23

Closing the door with an impact force of 100-150N, the powder metallurgy can reach more than 5000 times without breaking.
